Card Products Business Support (Debit & Credit)
We are seeking a highly experienced Card Products Business Support professional to join our team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This is a contract position requiring a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent and possess strong skills in Payment, Customer Satisfaction, Paymentech, Cards, Product Development, and Segmentation. Knowledge of Quick-thinking, Communication Skills, and KYC (Know Your Customer) is considered a plus.
Requirements
- Launching new disruptive products;
- Revamp of existing product suite;
- Fixing internal processes and digitising journeys where possible (e.g. onboarding, activation);
- Designing product features;
- Understanding segment needs;
- Exploring partnerships;
- Configuring systems with internal stakeholders, including IT, contracting, marketing, and
- Execute Go-To-Market strategy for product launch
Requirements
10-15 years experience in the full lifecycle of product launch, including:
- Designing product features
- Understanding segment needs

- Configuring systems with internal stakeholders, including IT, contracting, marketing
- Execute Go-To-Market strategy for product launch
- Independent and self-starter individual with the right level of analytical, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills to manage end-to-end card product launches or revamp projects
